I Walked It Off.
Now I'll Walk With You.
"I didn't find this system in a book. I built it in the middle of the hardest season of my life — and it's the only reason I'm still standing."
My marriage ended. My best friend was no longer in my life. And with them went the version of myself I thought I knew. I didn't just lose relationships — I lost my identity. I remember sitting on the edge of my bed, staring at the floor, and whispering into an empty room: I can't keep living like this.
That was my breaking point. Not dramatic. No witnesses. Just the truth finally coming out.
What pulled me back wasn't a program or a podcast. It was one small act. I put my shoes on and I walked out the door. One step. Then another. Then another day. That simple act of moving — physically, spiritually, intentionally — became the foundation of everything you see here.
I rebuilt my life around five things: knowing who I am, knowing where I'm going, building structure into my daily rhythm, choosing action over emotion, and staying honest with myself and God.
Faith Forward / Walk It Off is that system — forged in the hardest season of my life, refined for men who are done surviving and ready to build something real.
This isn't theory. I lived every word of it. And I built it so you don't have to find your way alone.
